Samantha Cleaver

I became a nurse 14 years ago, with years of experience in critical care and emergency medicine. I am starting my 6th year practicing full time as a Nurse Practitioner with experience in hospitalist medicine, emergency medicine and OBGYN.

Approximately 4 years ago I branched out being trained in Aesthetic Medicine after the hospital I worked for closed its doors. I am certified in neurotoxins, dermal filler, Sculptra BBL’s, Pdo threads, Kybella, Morpheus 8, laser hair removal, facial services, weight loss management, hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy and many other services. My career is a big passion of mine and I love to help my clients feel like the very best version of themselves.

Jennifer Spaulding

Most call her “Jeni”. If you know her, as many do, then you know that she’s simply a beautiful soul.

Jeni is Sam’s sister. She has years of nursing experience with the majority of her career caring for patients in the hospice care center. She has been thrilled since her sister opened the doors of Ky Aesthetics & Wellness and was more than eager to be the perfect addition to the team.

All of our clients LOVE her and we are so excited she is our Registered Nurse. Jeni is an awesome IV stick who never misses (not kidding). She’s is thriving with her training in Aesthetics and is brilliant when caring for our clients.

Rylie Cook

Rylie Cook is the gorgeous face you see at our front desk, or the one you talk to when you call our office. She is a trained medical assistant and office secretary that is literally the jack of all trades.

Rylie took on a passion for the beauty industry at a young age. She is an airbrush spray tan artist, an excellent makeup artist, and brings a sweet personality and smiling face that our clients love seeing.

She knows the answer to all of your questions, and if she doesn’t know the answer, she will find out quickly! We are thrilled Rylie is a part of our team!

Camille Thorner

Camille is a graduate of the Summit Salon Academy who is moving back home to us from  Illinois! She comes to us highly trained in facial services, microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels, face & body waxing, lash lift & tint, microdermabrasion, chemical exfoliation.

In addition to her esthetic services, she is a permanent makeup artist and has mastered the art of microblading, powder brows, and lip blushing!

She’s the “go to” for several of our local gals when needing prom or wedding makeup!

Camille is the daughter of the well known, Lisa Pruitt, who was a staple of our beloved OLBH.
